Privacy Policy

Nothing is collected

Everything Sneaklings does happens on your phone. We do not run a server for the app, so there is nowhere for your data to go. The app makes no network requests of its own. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not ask you to make an account. We do not collect your name, email address, location, photos, voice or device identifiers.

Camera

Sneaklings uses the camera to find your floor, place your treat and show the sneaklings that visit in your room. The camera runs only while the AR screen is open in front of you. Camera frames are processed on your phone, in the moment, and are never sent to us or to anyone else.

Photos and clips

Snaps and clips are made on your phone. When you tap Save clip, Sneaklings adds that clip to your Photos library. The app asks for add-only permission, which lets it save clips but not look through your library. Your snaps stay inside the app, in your Sneakdex, and a clip stays there too until you tap Save clip or Share.

Microphone

Sneaklings does not ask for your microphone and does not listen to you.

Notifications

If you allow them, Sneaklings sends local notifications to tell you a visit is ready. They are scheduled on your phone by the app itself. There is no push server and no account behind them. You can turn them off any time in the Settings app.

Saving and sharing

A saved clip lives in your Photos library, which Apple manages. If you share a clip, it goes to the app or person you pick, using the standard iPhone share sheet. We never see it. Free clips carry a small Sneaklings watermark, which is added on your phone.

What stays on your phone

Your Sneakdex, your snaps, the spots where you left treats (including a small map of each spot that helps the app find it again) and your settings, such as the sound switch, are stored only on your phone, inside the app. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

Purchases

Sneaklings Pro is a subscription handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment details or your Apple Account. Apple tells the app whether Pro is active so it can unlock Pro. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Settings app under your Apple Account, Subscriptions.

Children

Sneaklings is a general audience game and is not in the Kids Category. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from children of any age. We gather nothing, so there is nothing to ask a parent to approve, review or delete.

If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write. We use it only to reply. Please do not send us a child's personal information. If you think we received some by mistake, email us and we will delete it.

Apple's services

Sneaklings relies on Apple technologies such as the camera, ARKit, Photos, notifications and the App Store. Apple handles those under its own privacy policy.
