Apple's standard license

Sneaklings is licensed to you under Apple's Standard License Agreement, also called the EULA, at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms add to that agreement. If the two disagree, Apple's agreement applies.

A game, on purpose

Sneaklings is a game. The creatures are make-believe, and the Sneak Cam is a game feature. The game stages each visit when you check the cam. It does not record your home while you are away.

Playing safely

Sneaklings uses AR, which means you will be looking at your phone while you move around. You are responsible for watching where you walk, so look around for stairs, furniture, pets and other obstacles. Do not play while driving, walking along a street or doing anything that needs your full attention.

Your clips and photos

You keep all rights to your clips and photos. They stay on your phone unless you save or share a clip, and we never receive them, so we do not get any license to them. Only share clips you have the right to share, and be kind when you share. Do not point the camera at people who have not agreed to it.

Using the app

Please use Sneaklings for its normal purpose. Do not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, and do not use it to break the law.

Sneaklings Pro subscription

• What you get. Free gives you 1 Sneak Cam, Candy bait and clips with a small watermark. Pro unlocks 4 Sneak Cams, every bait (including the rare and legendary sneaklings and the seasonal sets) and clips with no watermark.
• Price and length. Weekly for USD 4.99 with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or yearly for USD 39.99. The price you see in the app when you buy is the price you pay, plus any taxes.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Cancel or manage. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. You can also tap Manage subscription in Sneaklings, in Settings or on the Pro screen. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds. Apple handles billing and refunds, not us. Ask Apple if you need one.
• Restore. If you reinstall the app or get a new phone, tap Restore Purchases on the Pro screen or in Settings, using the same Apple Account.

Changes to the app

We may update Sneaklings, add features or change them over time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.

No promises it is perfect

We work hard on Sneaklings, but it is provided as is. We cannot promise it will always work, that a visit will show up on a schedule, or that AR will work well in every room or on every phone. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
